These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AITrip website (aitrip.world) and the AITrip mobile applications (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Mikhail Kartamyshev, an individual operator established in Poland ("AITrip", "we"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AITrip generates travel itineraries using artificial intelligence. You describe your trip in a conversation; the Service produces a suggested day-by-day plan referencing real-world places, using AI models and mapping data from third-party providers (Google). Itineraries are automatically generated suggestions, not professional travel advice, and AITrip is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking service.
AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Before relying on any itinerary, you must independently verify it — including, without limitation:
You make all travel decisions and undertake all travel at your own risk. The Service does not monitor real-world conditions and cannot guarantee that any suggestion is safe, available, lawful, or accurate at the time of your trip.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher minimum age of your country) and provide accurate registration information. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the mobile app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting us — deletion is permanent.
The free tier includes a limited number of itineraries. Paid plans (when offered) are billed as described at purchase. For consumers in the EU: by requesting immediate generation of digital content you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may be lost once the content is fully delivered, as permitted by law; any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Prices may change with reasonable notice effective from the next billing period.
Do not: misuse the Service (including attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer non-public APIs); use it to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; resell Service output as your own automated service; or burden the Service with automated bulk requests. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain rights in what you write. You grant us the license needed to process your inputs and generate itineraries — i.e., to operate the Service, including transmitting your trip descriptions to our AI and mapping providers. Generated itineraries are for your personal use; to the extent we hold rights in them, we license them to you for that purpose. The Service, its design and software remain our property. Map data and place information belong to their providers and are subject to their terms (including Google Maps/Google Terms of Service).
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill; (b) we are not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated itineraries or from events occurring during travel; and (c) our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law — including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your non-waivable statutory consumer rights (including under EU and US state consumer laws).
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where required by law. Sections 3, 7, 9 and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Nothing here limits your right to bring claims in your local courts where the law grants it.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice (e.g., by email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
