Delete your data

You can delete specific trips at any time without closing your account, or delete your entire account and all its data. Both actions are immediate and permanent.

Delete a single trip (keep your account)

Deleting a trip permanently removes that trip's chat conversation and generated itinerary. Your account and every other trip are left untouched.

In the mobile app:

1. Open the Trips list.
2. Press and hold the trip you want to remove.
3. Confirm Delete in the dialog that appears.

On the web (aitrip.world):

1. Sign in and open My trips (or the trip list in the sidebar).
2. Click the trash icon on the trip you want to remove.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Delete your entire account and all data

This permanently deletes your account, every trip, and every generated itinerary — nothing is kept.

In the mobile app: Settings → Delete account. On the web: sign in, then visit your account page and use Delete account under "Danger zone."

What's deleted, and what's retained

• Deleted immediately: the trip's chat messages and itinerary content (single-trip deletion), or your entire account, all trips, and your email (full account deletion).
• Retained regardless: nothing beyond standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps, errors), kept for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.
• Backups: rolling backup copies expire on their own schedule within 35 days, even after you delete data from the live system.
